Planning for your tour
Pre-tour meetings are a great way for your group to bond and to learn more about the adventure that awaits. Our experienced group leaders suggest holding regularly scheduled meetings prior to your tour. You may wish to serve food or show a movie with scenes highlighting your destination, too!

Talk to your tour consultant about your date range, expected group size, adult travelers and any special requests you have. Continue to recruit new travelers.

Hold several meetings throughout the tour planning process to prepare your travelers and get everyone excited for their adventure abroad.

Make sure EF has received all enrollment forms, including free places, and full payment for any travelers not enrolled in EF’s monthly payment plan.

Prepare your students for what they can expect abroad. Confirm your tour and departure date and make sure everyone has purchased insurance and optional excursions.

|
Make sure all balances have been paid and hold a final meeting to share important details, including flight and hotel information, on-tour behavior expectations, etc.
